YES, THERE'S HOPE. THE YOUNG GENERATION WON'T LET THIS LEVEL OF BARBARISM DESTROY THE COUNTRY. IT'S A PITY THAT IT'S NOT OLD-FOGGED OCTOGENARIANS WHO SHOUTED WAR CRIES, RUBBING MACHETES ON THE TARMAC. THEY ARE NOT THE ONES WHO THREW STONES AND SET HOUSES ABLAZE; IT IS THE YOUTH WHO DID IT. LET YOUNG WRITERS EDUCATE THEIR GENERATION THAT THIS KIND OF HERD MENTALITY DOES NOT PAY.

I pray that these nightmares don't return to me again tonight. Nice piece. The pain is felt beyond the Kenyan borders; many Kenyans in the diaspora have bled, too. The Western parachute journalists hovered like vultures, hoping for a genocide to report to the world. Am glad African writers did not ogling at the horrible photos. They tried to make a change through the power of e-journalism, to forestall any event that would occasion such images being snapped again.

I watched the same scene in awe and disbelief. I didn't imagine that someone could capture the events in writing as relayed by the photos. The photos circulating on the blogs and well explained by this genius of a writer are a reason enough to jolt all to take action against the perpetaitors of such heinous acts and never rest until the lives of such wonderful angels as Baby Brian are restored. We need writers of his calibre and many for that matter, if ths will make us come to our senses.
